工作职能：

1、Ensure that Tools are completed on time, at specified quality and quantity, with reasonable cost.

岗位职责：

1、Serve as a member of management on task forces and committees participating in the company's operational planning efforts and addressing company-wide policy and management issues and ensure all operation related activities are complying with the company procedures and policies.

2、Plan and control the production process to ensure tools are produced on time with current resources.

3、Supervise the daily operation of the Operations Department.

4、solve all problems incurred in tool production, including technical and non-technical problems.

5、Improve on work procedure and method to achieve higher efficiency and quality.

6、Ensure workplace safety in the shop floor.

7、Manage and control the H37reject and waster in the productive course and take the corrective and preventive actions.

8、Ensure enough communication of the production department, while find the problems about quality and security(including potential) ,take  charge of the corrective and preventive actions.

岗位要求：

1、Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Engineering.

2、A minimum of 10 years of solid working experience in manufacturing of Plastic Injection Molds with at least 5 years in production management.

3、Extensive knowledge on tool manufacturing process.

4、Considerable knowledge in plastic materials.

5、Considerable knowledge of current trends within the plastics industry.

6、Considerable knowledge of managerial principles, techniques, and practices.

7、Skill in resolving conflicts and gaining cooperation with the other internal departments.

8、Basic costing concepts.

9、Willingness to stand out and lead by example.

10、Extensive knowledge on Safety Rules & Practice in workplace.

11、Considerable knowledge of personal computer use, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
